Mushroom and Chicken in SpiritsIngredients:

1. A fresh hen and three pieces of black mushroom.

2. Three slices of ham, and 50 grams of sorghum liquor.

3. 750 grams of chicken soup and five or so
clove seeds.

First, cut the entire hen into three or four big chunks (although sounds a little bit cruel, you are what you eat! :=]), depending on the size of your hen. Secondly, put the chicken in a clay pot with the stomach facing up, which will be covered on the top by your ham slices and mushrooms. Last but not least, add all kinds of necessary seasoning stuffs (e.g. salt, vinegar, ginger slices, soy sauce, green onion, etc.),
sorghum liquor, and clove seeds. Put the lid on your clay pot and steam it for two hours. You are all set!
